                                         Langtang Trekking 's Information

The langtang valley trekking is Combines part of remote and spectacular Scenery of North Part high mountain lakes at Gosainkunda and the beautiful Helambuvalley. This region is on the north of Kathmandu and bordering Tibet. This region is inhabited by Tibetans and tamang. The many Himalayans peaks like: langtang-ri, langtang lirung, Dorge lapka peak gives immense beauty to this region which is known as the famous trekking destination in this region. Visit the beautiful langtang national park and then trek to the end of the valley view the wonderful ice flutes and gyangchermpo. This region gives an opportunity to explore langtang national park, villages, climb small mountains and to visit glaciers, area is famous for its natural beauty and wonderful climate with superb snow capped mountain views. Its twin attributes, easy accessibility and breathtaking mountain scenery, make it very popular among the fraternity. A little further up the valley is kyangin gompa, where we stop overnight and sample the local yak cheese. Each area in itself is a good choice for those with limited time which offers many features that range for culture to adventure. High mountains covered with thick layer of ice overlook the langtang valley.
Backtracking, we travel through Syabru and Sing Gompa to a high plateau, where the sacred lake gosainkunda is located. Gosainkunda is easy accessible from Kathmandu. A three week trip can covered all three areas of this region. The Helambhu- Gosainkunda trek takes one to Gosainkunda lake- a sacred site for devotees of hindu god shiva. Backtracking, we travel through Syabru and Sing Gompa to a high plateau, where the sacred lake gosainkunda is located. The Himalayan views overall are not quite as spectacular as in the khumbu region, but they remain unforgettably beautiful plus the trails are less crowded and the people are friendly and interesting. This region is famous for both trekking and pilgrimage. Following the Turisuli River north out of kathmandu   we travel through Trasuli Bazaar and dhunche to Syabrubensi, a Sherpa village located at the very edge of the langtang national park.
Langtang Region Flora Fauna

So it is the habitat for different kinds of vegetarian and wild animals. Sub- tropical vegetation characterized by Sal forest in the southern section of the park is gradually taken over by the hill forest consisting of Chirepine, Rhododendron, and Nepalese alder. The park has helped to conserve different sites of cultural significance. A survey conducted by the national park last year had found 14 herds of Ghoral with the total population of 344 Ghorals. The forest of Sal, Khotesalla, Louth salla, Langtang Salla, Gobresalla, Oak, rhododendron etc. is found here. This park is situated in the remote area although it is very near to Kathmandu. Best Time For Trekking In Annapurna Region:
Best time to trekking in Annapurna is autumn and spring seasons of the year. Like the Annapurna region there are two main season: September-November and February-May, the monsoon season from June-August is lighter than that experienced in the In the Annapurna, the monsoon is a tale of two regions, to the East the mountains are affected by the monsoon rain In the autumn from mid September to mid of December almost days are crystal clear and enough sun shine and also weather condition is stable which makes high passes are easy to cross. During the monsoon and the winter season trekking is not so much favorable due to the heavy rain fall and cold as well less visibility. Trekker can choose the particular time as per their convenient time frame of the month of autumn and the spring season.

Permit And Free For Annapurna Hiking:
Annapurna trekking trails like base camp, circuit trail, ghorepani, and mardi himal are not required special trekking permit, only the upper mustang area trek requires fee US$ 500 per person for 10 days visit as special area entrance. In the teahouse lodges rule trekkers must have to eat their lunch, dinner and breakfast at same lodge wherever they stay. Trekker may charge their camera battery by paying at lodge.
Best Time To Go Annapurna Region Trekking:
While planning a trek, it is important to factor in the local climate and weather, this is the particularly true of Nepal where temperature can be very in the extreme on the season and region. Deciding the best time to hike the Annapurna base camp and Annapurna Circuit is an elimination game. The Annapurna circuit trek is by far the most popular trek in the Annapurna region of Nepal. Annapurna is north central Nepal is the tenth highest mountain in the world. The route around the Annapurna was opened to the foreign trekking in 1977, and it has since becomes the most popular destination of Nepal. Starting at Besisahar, the trek takes you through sub tropical meadows before ascending up into some stunning alpine peaks where you eventually reach the magnificent through la pass which, at 5,416m is the highest peak in the world. The northern area of the Annapurna region receives much less rain than the most parts of the Himalayan which means that trekking can be pursued all year-round, even during the monsoon period. The best trekking depend on two things in the Annapurna region is that weather and crowds.
The Best Time For Annapurna Trekking:
October-November: October-November is the most popular trekking season in Nepal. The weather is still warm during this period, even above 3,000m, views over the mountains are usually stunning and clear, in the night time temperature still get below zero, but the clear night skies filled with a billion star will make up this .
December- March: Although more quiet, this is the coldest period in Annapurna region. Over 5,415m Thorong la pass is often deluged with snow and will close for days and end when this happen. In this time the day temperature will be cool and at night time the temperature will get well below zero depending on altitude.
April- May: As the weather warms, trekkers once again take to the mountains making this period the second most popular trekking seasons in the Annapurna region.  Our national flower rhododendrons and other flower are in bloom, decorating the trails in spectacular colors. The heat generally builds throughout May as the monsoon season approaches and the trekking at low altitude can get uncomfortable hot, especially in the mustang region of the Annapurna region.
June- September: Around the mid June the monsoon period reaches in the Annapurna region. The southern region of the Annapurna, particularly around the pokhara area, certainly gets a lot of rain during this period and the rhododendron forests around Ghorepani are rife with leeches. The added benefits of trekking during this period is, far less crowds and many of flora species flower at this time, making the trek particularly beautiful.

Best Information of Everest Base Camp Trek

                               Everest Base Camp Trek's Information

Mount Everest is the highest peak of the world, which is located in the northeastern Nepal. The largest town of the region is Namche bazaar which is known as the home of the famous Buddhist monastery of Thyangboche where the annual Mani Rimdu festival is held. Our Journey starts from lukla and usual first-night stop on the way to the market town of Namche bazaar in phakding, virtually all in the khumbu begin with the flight from Kathmandu to small town of lukla.  Most Everest region lead to the Everest Base Camp, however there are side trails to explore and more remote paths to discover as well as challenging trekking peaks to climb. We didn’t feel giddy with excitement that morning when you see the sunrise from the window where you stay in the lodge (or hotel).
At the Namche bazaar 11,200 feet, you’ll have your first compulsory acclimatization day and you’ll be glad for the opportunity to explore this spectacular village and surroundings. Expect this way the day where, despite extreme exhaustion, weakness from loss of appetite and braving bitterly cold conditions.    Whatever trail you follow though, you will soon be immersed in the austere beauty of this awe inspiring trekking region.  There is the plenty of sightseeing to be had, including the khumjung gomba monastery and the Sir Edmund Hillary-founded Khunde hospital.
Continuing up the khumbu valley, the climb is steady to lobuche and Gorak shep, our highest overnight points. Just because you are not stepping foot on Mount Everest, do not think that the trek to Everest Base Camp (EBC) is easy to undertaking. The landscape is now harsh and inhospitable and accommodation basic- concrete buildings, no running water and you may find ice in the window in the morning. The season March and April in the spring and October and November in the autumn are the prime months for trekking in the Everest region. When you wake up early in the next morning for a pre-down start for the ‘’small’’ 18,000 foot peak called kala pattar, for the spectacularly famous view of Everest, Lhotse and Nuptse.

Flora Fauna Everest Region:
There are not so many animals that can be found near the top of Mount Everest because it is just too high. This is the highest national park in the world with the entire park located above 3,000m (9,700ft), in this park includes three highest peaks more than 8,000mincluding Mt Everest.  Nepal is a paradise of flora and fauna, ranging from the subtropical forest of the Terai to the great peak of the Himalayan in the north. The conditions are very cold and there isn’t as much oxygen so animals have to adapt to survive. Most of the park are in very rugged and step with its terrain cut by deep river and glacier. Nepal abounds with some of the most spectacular scenery in the whole of Asia with the variety of flora and fauna also unparalleled elsewhere in the region. The bottom of Mount Everest has forests of pine and hemlock trees.
The lower forested zone, birch, juniper, blue pine, firs, bamboo, and rhododendron grow, above this zone all vegetation are found to be dwarf or shrubs. Higher up the mountain the trees stop growing because it is too cold and windy but shrubs still grow under the snow. The rolling densely wooded hills and broad Dun valleys of the Terai beside different components of the country were formerly renowned for their abundance and variety of wildlife. As the altitude increase the plant life and animal life is restricted to lichens and mosses.
Some of the endangered animals that are found in this park are musk deer, Himalayan yak, red panda, snow leopard, and Himalayan black beer. Nepal can still boast richer and more varied flora and fauna than any other area in Asia. Animals such as the snow leopard mountain sheep, yak can live in these areas. The snow leopard were nearly hunted to extinction because of its beautiful coat, mountain tahr is goat-like animals that lives on the wooded slopes of Everest and mountain is closely related with wild cattle found on other highland. Beside many animals such as Himalayan thars, deer, langur monkey, hares, mountain foxes, martens, and Himalayan wolves are found here.

Everest Trek Accommodation:
Nepal is a very popular country for the trekking in the Himalayans, that why many of the people come Nepal from all over the world who love trekking.  Trekking lodge is a bit pretentious to call some village establishment hotels, but the common word in Nepali for restaurant or eating place is known as hotel. In the Nepali word for small hotel is known as bhatti. Many innkeepers specify the service they provide by calling by their establishments Hotel and Lodge.  During the trekking season there is a daily rush for space in hotel, in that time of heavy demand, such as during a flight back-up to lukla, Many hotels have menus that show their prices, including the charges of sleeping.
Tea house accommodation is available during the Everest base camp Trek, Gokyo Lake, Everest Cho la Pass, Jiri to Everest Base and Everest Three Pass Trek period with basic facilities. In the Everest region, in particular, this can be dangerous because of the elevation gain and the chance of altitude sickness. In the Everest region the average cost for a night is US$ 3 to 15, price depend on the height of place and standard service like attach bathroom or common, dormitory, other factor. Reputed tea house provide thick matter with clean bed cover and very warm blanket also. You might think that, since Nepal is underdeveloped so the hotel and lodge facility will poor, but the completely wrong now there is a number of luxury hotel and lodge for the trekkers.  Average cost starts from US$ 150 per person per night on BB basic.

For the human being food is one of necessary things. As we preparing for our recent trek to Mt Everest Base Camp, immensely curious as to what kind of food we would be eating for 12 days. While food was obviously no five- star dining experience, it was much more satisfying and tasty then we could have ever expected. At the trekking lodges, tea is served in thermoses of various sizes Paste your text here and click on "Next" to observe this text redact do its issue.

Don’t have any text to check? Don’t have any text to check? Click "Select Samples". You’ll fire a further tea bag or better of all bring your own tea with you; otherwise, the standard of tea can typically causes you to nervous. When eating breakfast on the Everest Base Camp trek, we usually prefer a generous portion of oatmeal, fried eggs and Tibetan bread.
Whilst trekking, ask your guide or bearer to recommend a tea house or lodge where you can have lunch and which will serve good hiking food. During your day‘s you will usually encounter several settlements along the trekking route where you can have a lunch. Most of the tea house offers a set breakfast which usually consists of toast, eggs, potatoes, and tea and coffee. In some tea houses you can get freshly made chapati inside of toast, which is a nice change of pace. Dinner is usually eaten in the lodge where you stay overnight. At the lodge, each room has its own order notebook in which write the order - name of the meal, quantity and price after studying the menu. If the trekker arrives with own meal, the accommodation charge increase dramatically and can reach 1000-1200 Rs per night.
